The Best Lactation experience offers personalized, direct support from a Registered Nurse and IBCLC who is with you every step of the way. Together, we create a seamless feeding experience through an in-depth consultation, hands-on guidance, and a care plan designed specifically for you and your baby.
This is more than a visit. It’s a fully supported, deeply cared for beginning. I’ll be by your side for 3 months, helping you comfortably breastfeed your baby and ensuring your long-term feeding success.
Between visits, you’ll have continued access for questions, reassurance, and real-time guidance—because feeding your baby doesn’t happen on a schedule, and neither does support.

Visit 1: Make sure baby is latching well and satisfied after feeds. Put together a care plan for the first week. Review education and questions.
Visit 2: Assess latch success, weight gain, and make any necessary changes to your custom care plan. Check your baby’s progress, and make sure that your questions and concerns are being addressed.
Visit 3: Follow-up visit to ensure you are comfortable with your feeding routine. We will cover any new questions or concerns, and discuss pumping and bottle feeding if this is part of your plan.
Visit 4: This visit can be used anytime during your 3 months of support, as needed. Some use this to prepare a return to work plan!

Ideal for mamas with less urgent needs.The Feeding Duo is suited to families who have had a mostly positive experience breastfeeding, but would like an expert to oversee their technique and feeding routine.

Visit 2: In the following week , we’ll refine your plan, ensuring you feel confident and fully supported moving forward.
